Option #1 : Matt Ryan and Darren Sproles for Peyton Manning and Riley Cooper

Option #2: Matt Ryan, Darren Sproles and Montee Ball for Peyton Manning, Riley Cooper and Frank Gore.

Option #3: Matt Ryan, Darren Sproles, and Jordy Nelson for Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, and Kelvin Benjamin.

12 team standard league.
Current team:
QB: Matt Ryan and Kirk Cousins
RB: Matt Forte, Montee Ball, Jamaal Charles, and Darren Sproles
WR: Jordy Nelson, Roddy White, Golden Tate, Mike Evans and Brain Quick.
TE: Montellus Bennett, and Charles Clay

His Team
QB: Peyton Manning
RB: Frank Gore, Lamar Miller, Chris Johnson, and Ben Tate.

    None of those trade options are worth it. I think you keep Jordy and Montee in all scenarios.
    I am all for selling Ryan and Sproles high, but you are giving the second for free in the case of getting Riley Cooper.

    I could see something like Ryan and Sproles for Peyton and Benjamin or Wayne

    I think you should hold. I don't like the non-QBs you'd be receiving compared to Jordy and Sproles.
