Lineup help? Please??
Standard scoring. Looking for help at RB2 and flex. Options are:

RB2: Forte (vs NYJ) / Joique (vs GB) / Ridley (vs OAK) / Ellington (vs SF)
Flex: all of the above, plus Welker (vs SEA)

Am I crazy for wanting to sit Forte and Ellington because of their matchups? Joique and Ridley have solid matchups, but I'm not sure what to make of NE's usage of Ridley vs Vareen.

FWIW, The rest of my lineup is QB: Newton, RB1: Gio, WR1: Percy, WR2: Benjamin, TE: Graham, DST: Hou, K: Vinatieri

    Don't see any scenario where you sit top 10 RB, I am starting Montee at SEA, see what happens. But depends on your appetite for rolling the dice. Always fun to bench your stud and then he has 100 yards and 2 TDs. I'm sure a lot of Rivers/Gates fans were bit hard last week thinking SEA would shut them down. How'd that turn out? I don't draft NE RBs for the very reasons you state, and Ridley looked good last week and is up against horrid OAK D. Probably means Vereen is in for a huge week. Belitricks for you. I am rolling out Joique this week as well against bad GB front. I think it'd be foolish to trot out Welker untill we see his conditioning and usage in his first game back, especially in standard scoring. If you really want to use him, play him over Benjamin, but I wouldn't, and Benjamin has a nice matchup and Cam is back in form.
    I would be confident with Gio, Forte, Joique if it were me. If the worst happens, that's fake football for you man. Last week Matt Ryan laid a turd, last night the guy looked like effing Joe Montana.

    Haha, love it. At least there's some consensus around Joique. Flex is still a tossup with votes for Welker, Ridley, and Forte.

    every single site ive read (here, rotoworld, nfl fantasty, espn) has been mad bullish on joique this week. im sitting Spiller for Joique and that's a tough call, but when 100% of the pundits say jump, shit i'll jump once. if joique bites me in the ass, back to the bench he goes to hold hands with jackass toby G. Again... don't see any scenario to sit Matt Forte, no way

    Normally, I HATE the thought of sitting Forte, because he can catch out of the backfield, but the NYJ Run Defense is seriously good. While the Pass D is bad. Cutler should be able to chop up the secondary leaving Forte to just keep the Defense honest.

    So, I would go Bell and Ridley.

    To me, I downgrade Ellington because of Stanton's prescence. Easier to stack the box and force Stanton to throw.

    not crazy to sit forte because this is literally the only time you will.....i like ellington vs sf more in ppr though (i have him to, and demarco ran wild against him) - I LOVE welker this week he should be feisty. Very high on Joique this week also.
    I'd start Joique as my RB2 and flex welker

    I would only because I think Peyton is out for revenge and Welker will have a boulder sized chip on his shoulder and I just think Peyton will wanna welcome him back

    a. coachs decision as to how much welker plays vs sanders, first of all, which is the biggest risk factor here. b. how bout the flip side... peyton thinks welkers a dumbass for not only taking molly at a horse race, but then costing the team 2 game suspesion because of it. its possible... c. combined that would be too much risk potential for me, and in standard scoring, you lean RB every time in a coin flip. 5 catches for 50 yards for welker is peanuts in standard. ill take joique or ellington chances for a score anyday
