Best ROS RB to grab?

My team is:
Newton / Locker
Forte / Gio / Ellington / Mathews
Roddy / Percy / Welker / Benjamin
Graham

Available on waivers: Joique Bell, Ahmad Bradshaw, Stevan Ridley, Chris Ivory, Knile Davis, FJax, Bobby Rainey

I'm planning to drop Locker and Mathews to make room.

Also, Gio and Ellington have a bye in week 4 - so the week 4 schedule has to factor in. J. Bell faces the Jets D in week 4.

yeah Bell is the one to grab, not sure how he's on the wire in your league.

Clearly Joique Bell is the best ROS pickup, and should be top priority. Bradshaw would probably be the next move over Fred or Ridley.
