Here's the relevant rest of my team: RBs - JCharles, Forte, Mathews, Knile Davis. WRs - Crabtree, DJax, Justin Hunter, Gordon, Decker. What so you think?

This is really tough. You'd have to play TRich on bye weeks for your RBs, but you get to play Welker in your lineup every week at WR. If it's a PPR league then I'd do the trade, otherwise try to get a little bit better RB in the situation.
