PPR WR: R. Randle (NYG), B. Hartline (MIA) or J. Cotchery (CAR)?

I have Randle, but am concerned about the state of the Giants offense. Guys like Hartline and Cotchery are available. Who should be on my roster for this season?

My WR4/5. I also have Dez, Crabtree, DJax, and Michael Floyd. I could probably do without another, but there aren't many better players to take at other positions, so I might as well fill the slot on my bench.

No upside RBs available? But I'd say Hartline between the two.
