I agree. Demaryius and Dez is a mean matchup, and Gio is a starter for you as well. Just don't let the drop off from Graham to Ertz bother you too much (though Kelly's system should also help take the sting out).

I would pull the trigger on this one. Those are two high quality players that you can start on your team now. You are in need of depth at both positions. I think that this is a good move.
