Questions
How early are you willing to take Travis Kelce?
Just took him at 12.07 in a 12 team PPR league. I love that value. Thoughts?

I honestly think you could've picked him up in the future after seeing what his role would be. He's not the starter, Fasano is. Maybe they'll split reps or even run 2 TE sets. But he's flashed in the preseason like many others have before and they didn't pan out. So don't start him off bat. Monitor his targets and involvement overall. Good luck.

He is my TE2 (I have JT). This is a real deep bench (20 rounds) league where you start 2 flex spots. Don't plan on starting him week 1 but if he hits his upside he could be a really valuable play for me as a flex streamer / bye week fill in. Considering the deep benches and the high upside there is no chance he would have gone undrafted (though there is zero chance you could have known that without me explaining lol). I maybe reached a little but I was picking between him and James Starks (to handcuff my Lacy) at 12.07 and figured there was a better chance Starks made it back to me than Kelce (he did). Does this thought process make sense? Change anything?

A little high if you ask me but it could return great value. Its really hard to tell judging from pre season. Look what J.Thomas did last preseason? That worked out great. Not what about the other TE from STL....Kendricks? He had a beast of a preseason 2 years ago and nothing........

Its all a crap shoot but I think its well worth the risk.
