Proposed trade: Cam Newton and Julius Thomas for Golden Tate and Andre Johnson? I'll get a back up QB and I can start Thomas alongside with Gronk, since my Flex is WR/TE. I still have Nelson, Patterson, Benjamin and Evans. Do the trade?

I wouldn't make that trade right away. It forces you to bank on unproven rookies (Evans and Benjamin) and Patterson, who will probably be good, but maybe not WR2/3 good in the new offense in Minnesota. I would wait on that one for a while, to see how the rookies look (and Patterson) and see if you could part with 2 of your top 4 WRs (maybe top 3 if Patterson underperforms) in exchange for guys who will mainly be backups on your team.
