Good Luck, Michael Floyd?

12-team .5 PPR league (i picked 12th). 6 pts for TD pass. i got an offer for a trade... andrew luck for michael floyd. i'm hesitant because i believe floyd is in for a monster year this year and would look nice as my flex. however, i'm starting to get a bit of buyer's remorse on cutler. i got cutler in the 11th round but the doubt about him staying healthy and living up to his hype this year is creeping in. should i pull the trigger on this trade? if so, why? if not, who should i counter offer for luck or brady (the guy also has brady). i thank you in advance. my team is below:

I am not too concerned about Cutler. I always think it's a good idea to have a backup plan, so I might still try to get someone, through trade or the waiver wire. But I wouldn't rush to do that now. And I agree that giving up Floyd is too high a price right now. He's definitely in the mix for flex every week, and will be a great fill-in when your top 2 have byes.
