Trade Advice
*UPDATE* He just offered me Marshall and CJ Spiller for Doug Martin and Gronk. 12-team standard scoring.
Start: 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 K, 1 D
My team:
QB: RG3
RBs: D Martin, F Gore, B Tate, T West, B Pierce, F jackson, L Blount
WRs: Julio, C Patterson, J Gordon, K Britt
TEs: Jimmy, Gronk
K: none
D: none
I chose to load up on RBs for trades instead of picking a kicker or D. Was approached by an owner who wants one of my TEs. Here's his roster
QB: Cutler
RBs: CJ Spiller, R Mathews, Moreno,
WRs: Demaryius, Marshall, Fitz, Boldin, B LaFell
TEs: G Olsen, Fleener
K: Hauschka
Ds: Rams, Chiefs
What do you think is a fair trade that helps me? I'm thinking Gronk and Fred Jackson (since he has Spiller) for Demaryius. I know I want to give more players than I receive so I can pick up streamers for K and D.
Greatly appreciate any advices or specific offers I should throw his way. Thanks!
Next, forget about "fair". If he wants Graham or Gronk, make him pay. Its about perceived value. Gronk & FJax for DT makes sense if he values having an elite TE and the handcuff for Spiller.
After that, drop Blount to get either your Kicker or D/ST. The Tate/West combo and Pierce should be enough RB Bench for you. And for the WRs, I am hearing that Britt is the deep deep sleeper of the year. He is having a terrific camp. If Gordon plays half the year, you will have a legit top WR group.
You could consider tradinng Jimmy in a deal that gets you Olsen. He could play flex in a pinch, while being Gronk insurance and trade bait if a good deal roles along.
