Pick 2 and why? Alshon, Doug Martin, Stacy and Ellington
I'm in a 12 man Non-PPR league. I am already keeping Jimmy Graham but I need to pick my last two keepers.

Alshon and Doug Martin for me.

Alshon because it's nice to have a keeper group that is well rounded. Plus, I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that he eclipses Brandon Marshall this season in total points scored.

As for the RB decision, I like Doug Martin the most. I've actually changed my tune quite a bit regarding Martin...earlier this offseason, I thought he was still being overvalued because of his final 2012 ranking. However, I think he has the most potential of the three guys you're considering (especially in non-PPR) to be the best and most consistent RB. I've started paying attention to some specific pieces about how much talent he actually has, and to hear some experts tell it, this guy has everything you want in a bell-cow type RB. And you can't count out the fact that he has very very little competition for touches.

Non-PPR? Keep the RBs. And based on ADP, its Stacy and Martin. You can probably grab Alshon (or another WR) with your first couple of picks. Deep position. And the Non-PPR world, I value RBs much more than WRs
