Ya, that's a pretty rough looking team for a 10 team league. Let's say you took Lynch in the 1st round, I don't even see a guy that deserves to go in the 2nd or 3rd round. Who did you take there? This team would be a monster... around week 11 of last year. Decker, Edelman, Vernon, Lynch, Cam and Welker will all most likely regress this year.

I think your team has a lot of players on it that COULD be good, but that are generally being written off as far as being standout fantasy options go.

Cam, Marshawn, Welker, Davis, and Decker have ALL been cast in some sort of negative light by at least one major rankings/advice outfit. So I would say that's your biggest weakness...you're relying on guys who have been posited to not be very valuable by people who are paid to evaluate their talent (and generally speaking, know how to do so).

But what's wonderful about fantasy is that people, no matter how knowledgeable they are, can be wrong. Hell, even the most accurate analyst over the last couple years (John Paulsen) draft rankings have only been roughly 60% accurate. So if only being right about a guy a little more than half the time is the benchmark for being the best in the business, I wouldn't be too terribly worried.

That being said, in terms of your actual roster composition...I may be rolling with Russell Wilson over Cam, until I see that Cam can get it going on the ground again. A lot of the reason folks are so down on Cam this year is his ankle injury that he had offseason surgery for. If he can't score points on the ground because he's hesitant to run, or doesn't have that power or explosiveness, he's likely going to be pretty dreadful. I also wouldn't be carrying 2 defenses this early in the season, and I'd probably be hanging on to the Bronco's over the Panthers. Defenses predictability to be high scoring hinges on their ability to get to the QB, and the Panthers are without two of their most effective pass-rushing weapons from last season. Meanwhile, the Broncos only added to their already potent pass-rush...I think we see a big turnaround from that unit. I know it's only a Defense, but maybe someone in your league will bite on a trade offer for the Panthers? Thinking that they will get the same production as last year from them?

Also, as far as backup RBs go...I don't know that I like Helu and Ivory there. Ivory may end up being just OK as someone who sees some goal line work, but Chris Johnson has been nothing else but consistently durable throughout his career, so you aren't really sitting on someone who has a high chance of stepping in to starter-level production. What RBs are available on waivers? Any of the current backups who look to potentially have a higher chance of stepping in to a bigger role than they currently have this season? Christine Michael, Andre Williams, James White, Carlos Hyde, Stephan Taylor, Bernard Pierce, Khiry Robinson/Mark Ingram, or Terrance West?

Those would be 2 very good pickups for you. Also, if you can't trade off that 2nd D, I'd drop whichever you like least for Ingram. I don't understand what's going on in Nola with their RBs, but at this point in time, there is a real possibility Ingram becomes fantasy relevant this season

shpuld i just pick up Ingram n get hyde later if i cant trade up my panthers d? ...

Uhhh... You know, I'm not sure at the current moment. Sorry, it's just a little tough to gauge who has the clearer path to more touches at the moment. House is clearly a backup, but I imagine he gets in more than your average backup. Ingram on the other hand has never had a clearly defined role, but I don't think just cuz sproles is gone, it's automatically better than it has been. Tough choice. Ingram sure did look like a guy ready to play his heart out for a new contract in their first preseason game. I dunno

    Hyde* not house, sorry

ok thanks i choosed ingram ... cuz a lot of ppl out there are sleeping on hyde n i can imagine i can pick him up real quick .. now for my panthers d ... do u think a wr3 or 4 is a good enuf trade?
    Ajay Sutton (383 Reputation Points)
if you can sell that D for a top 35 receiver that would be pretty solid I think.

    ANOTHER TRADE OFFER:
    Victor Ramos (416 Reputation Points)
HOW DO U FEEL about Montee
    Ajay Sutton (383 Reputation Points)
I personally like him a lot, what's the offer?
    Victor Ramos (416 Reputation Points)
he is offering me Montee Ball, Randall Cobb Jay Culter for Newton and Lynch .... keep in mind my Roster uptop that hasnt change much
    Ajay Sutton (383 Reputation Points)
You know, I think I would do that in a heartbeat, especially if you have kept Russell Wilson on your team since originally posting this. I think Ball for Lynch is a straight across pretty even trade, I think Cutler for Newton could end up swinging in your favor, and if Cutler is a little worse than Newton, you're getting Randall Cobb as a bonus to shore up your WR1/2 position. I like it, simply based on the idea that you are turning 2 good starting pieces in to 3 good starting pieces. That should be your goal for a couple other trades, too...at this point, you're making up lost ground just simply by getting more roster volume in return than what you'e giving up
    Victor Ramos (416 Reputation Points)
yeahh im just hesitant in giving up Lynch - he is by far my top player ...Newton not too worried about cuz i do have Russell ... but i having Montee ball questionable for the season gives me more of a reason why i should be this hesitant ....u know?
