Need advice on keepers
So I can keep up to four players in a 12 team PPR league. Here are the players I am considering keeping and the corresponding draft pick they would cost if I kept them:

Randall Cobb (2nd rounder)
CJ Spiller (3rd rounder)
Antonio Brown (5th rounder)
Torrey Smith (6th rounder)
Zac Stacy (6th or 7th rounder)
Jay Cutler (6th or 7th rounder)

I was thinking Stacy and Antonio Brown are obvious keepers at their respective values. Need up to two more. What do you think?

I would keep Cobb, Brown, and Stacy. For the forth you just need to know your league. If you don;t think there will be any RB talent left available then you should keep Spiller, he could be great this year, If you think you think you could get two better RBs within the first three rounds, or talent you find much more valuable, then I'd keep Smith. You could easily draft Cutler around then or even a bit later if you still wanted him.

Definitely depends on how others in your league operate. If typically everyone keeps 3-4 players than your draft is starting at round 4-5 of a normal draft. In that case you are probably best off keeping all 4 players Stacy, Brown, Spiller, and Cobb. As Spiller and Cobb will likely be taken very early in the draft anyways. You could argue throwing Cobb back if you pick late first and early 2nd as you will likely have 2 of the first picks in the draft because the majority of 1st and 2nd rounders from last year are probably kept.

    No reason to keep Cutler

As mentioned above, figure out who is most likely to be there in your first and second rounds and determine if Cobb is more valuable than those possibilities.

I WOULDN'T keep Cutler or Smith. Stacy and Brown are no-brainers with that value.. But the other two I'd be very careful replacing those picks.. Say hypothetically Julio Jones is available at the turnaround for your second pick, but you locked yourself into Cobb. Spiller in the third isn't bad, not great either

AS you said Stacy and Brown and then Cobb to lock up your WR's and then you decide if you think your league will be very shallow at RB in which case you take Spiller or they will be deep at RB in which case you go either Cutler or Smith.
