Keeper Question (J. Charles/E. Lacy/J. Gordon)
I can keep 2 of the following 3 in a full point PPR league. They will count as my 1st & 2nd round picks and I will have the last pick out of 14 teams. (J. Charles/E. Lacy/J. Gordon)

0Steve L (500 Reputation Points)Whether or not Charles repeats his performance as RB1 this year, you have to keep him. He will be selected 1 or 2 in virtually every redraft league this year. If you don't believe in him, then you should try to trade him away, you will be able to get pretty much any other player for him. Lacy vs Gordon is tough. Personally, in some of my leagues I would do Gordon and in others I would do Lacy. I play in a few leagues where RB's are just incredibly overvalued (perception becoming reality) and keeping Charles and Lacy would be a huge advantage. All things being equal and balanced, I would take Gordon as he has a good shot at finishing as WR1, whereas Lacy IMO has almost no shot as finishing as RB1.

0Scott Rago (500 Reputation Points)I started playing FF some 23 years ago, been commissioner the last 20. Sometimes you have to go against the grain to win. Don't think the average, own it. Personally, I do not see Charles catching 70 balls again. Maybe 40 or so, which is great, but the TD's... He earned 19 of them last year. His prior best is only 8, so asking for more than 10 TD's is asking too much. I've not started my rankings yet, it's still too early for that, but I know Jamaal Charles will NOT be #1 on my list. By memory, the Chiefs have lost at least two O linemen from last year. Could be more, but figure on a 40% transition, coupled with an 11 win schedule, means he'll have less quality blocking and a harder schedule after a massive work year. He's averaged 324 touches over the last two years. Odds are good he doesn’t do it again. If I was you, I would NOT keep Charles. You play in a keeper? Go for the fresh meat, keep Gordon and Lacy.

0Lizzle Dizzle (456 Reputation Points)I'd Roll with Charles and Lacy. Gordo is a stud no doubt but with a shaky QB situarion and giving his past character issues maybe you can find a nice replacement in the 3rd round for him.

0Jarret DiToro (500 Reputation Points)Does your league allow you to trade for future draft picks? It seems to me that you have 3 first rounders in a 14 team league. I'd keep Charles and Lacy (tough choice between Gordon and Lacy, but RB positional scarcity won out in my mind) and then look to trade Gordon for a second or third round pick if possible. Hopefully you can replace him there with a solid receiver.
