Samaje Perine could open season as Redskins' starting running back
Washington Redskins running back Samaje Perine could open 2018 as the Redskins’ starter according to NBC Washington’s Rich Tandler.
Rob Kelley will still be in the mix on passing downs, but Perine does seem to be the favorite to do the early down work for the Skins. There is a lot to shake out between now and September, but Perine's second year could be much better for his fantasy outlook in this Skins offense.
Perine averaged 7.5 FanDuel points per game in 2017.
