Colts' tight end Dwayne Allen practices in full
Indianapolis Colts' tight end Dwayne Allen (ankle) is practicing in full for Week 5.
This puts him on track to return for Thursday's Week 5 game against the Houston Texans, if all goes well. Allen will likely be on a snap count, but that still complicates Coby Fleener's fantasy prospects. If both are active and playing, neither are great options for this week.
Fleener ranks 19th in Reception Net Expected Points among tight ends with 10 targets or more through Week 4, and even on a per-play basis he's middle-of-the-pack, ranking 20th. The one thing making him useful right now is Matt Hasselbeck's propensity to check down (Fleener had nine targets in Week 4). When Allen returns, he will return to fantasy irrelevance.
