Steelers' Martavis Bryant expected to play in Week 5
Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Martavis Bryant has resumed practicing and is expected to play next Monday night against the San Diego Chargers.
"Martavis is motivated, he looks strong, he’s very impressive right now," Michael Vick observed on Monday. "He’s a great kid, wants to win and believes in himself." It should be noted that the Chargers are dealing with injuries to both starting cornerbacks; Jason Verrett was inactive in Week 4 with a foot injury, while Brandon Flowers suffered a concussion during the game.
Until Ben Roethlisberger gets back, Bryant probably won't show the ability and production he flashed last season. Our projections have him underwhelming, projecting him to finish the year with 24.92 receptions, 361 yards and 3 scores.
