Hue Jackson: Josh Gordon returning for Browns is 'like Christmas'
Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson said getting wide receiver Josh Gordon back is "like Christmas."
"I get to open a new toy," Jackson said. "I know what’s in that box, but I just want to see how good it is. It’s exciting that he’ll be back out there." Gordon is eligible to return to practice this week and will be available for the active roster in Week 13, but it remains to be seen whether or not he will make his season debut for that matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers.
In five games prior to suspension during the 2014 season, Gordon caught 24 passes on 47 targets for 303 yards and 0 touchdowns. The year prior, he led the NFL in receiving with 1,646 yards across 14 games at the age of 22.
