Seahawks' Luke Joeckel (knee) out 4-to-5 weeks following surgery
According to The Seattle Times' Bob Condotta, Seattle Seahawks guard Luke Joeckel will be sidelined 4-to-5 weeks after undergoing knee surgery.
Over the team's Week 6 bye, Joeckel underwent arthroscopic surgery to rectify a knee issue. He hasn't been the most effective pass protector for Russell Wilson, but he's been better than the alternatives. In his place, Mark Glowinski and Ethan Pocic will compete for the starting job.
The Seahawks have allowed 13 sacks and a sack percentage of 6.8% to date this season. They carry an implied total of 22 points into this week's matchup with the New York Giants.
