DeSean Jackson (wrist/forearm) dealing with injury after Buccaneers' Thursday night loss
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver DeSean Jackson was seen icing his right wrist and forearm area as he left the stadium on Thursday night, according to FanRag Sports' Roy Cummings.
Jackson left late in the fourth quarter of last night's game after making a catch and taking a hard fall on the ensuing tackle. He was seen holding his arm on the sideline as he was checked out by trainers. This could be something minor, but it is certainly worth monitoring. But on the plus side Jackson will have an extended week to heal up and get out there for Week 6.
After posting 5 catches and 106 yards in Thursday's loss to the New England Patriots, Jackson finds himself projected for 35.9 catches (on 71.1 targets), 548.3 yards and 3.89 touchdowns over the rest of the season.
