Falcons' Tevin Coleman projected for more touches against Lions
Atlanta Falcons running back Tevin Coleman is projected for 7.7 rushes and 2.1 receptions in his matchup against the Detroit Lions in Week 3.
After getting 12 touches in his season debut, Coleman received just eight (six rushes and two catches) in Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers. Now, facing a Lions defense that ranks third in our rankings against the run, we look for Coleman to remain part of the rushing game but contribute a little more in the passing attack.
While we expect Coleman to yield 34.9 rushing yards and 0.27 rushing scores, we also like him to produce 24.4 yards and 0.17 touchdowns through the air this week. With a total projection of 9.5 FanDuel points, he is priced at $5,500 for the road matchup in Detroit.
