Broncos' Emmanuel Sanders resumes practicing
Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (hamstring) returned to practice Monday after an extended period.
What It Means:
Sanders is now fully on track for the season opener against the Baltimore Ravens. He is not expected to play in the Broncos' fourth preseason game.
The Broncos ranked second in our schedule-adjusted Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) metric last season. Sanders ranked fifth out of 40 wide receivers with at least 100 targets with a 0.89 Reception NEP per target last season. Our algorithms project him to finish the year with 89 catches, 1,123 yards, and 8 touchdowns.
