Doug Martin (back) fine despite sitting out end of Buccaneers' game
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin (back) said he was "doing fine" after sitting out the final three drives Week 13 against the San Diego Chargers.
Martin said he was "bent back" late in the game, and that is why he sat out. Head coach Dirk Koetter also said the running back was fine after the game. It looks like Martin will be healthy enough to play this week against the New Orleans Saints, but his workload is in question.
On 17 rushing attempts, Martin earned -2.27 Net Expected Points per numberFire Live.
