Dwayne Allen (ankle) returns to Colts' practice Wednesday
Indianapolis Colts tight end Dwayne Allen (ankle) returned to the practice field on Wednesday.
Allen has been sidelined since Week 6 with a high-ankle sprain, and while he's still not a lock to play in Week 9, his return appears to be nearing. That return will be a big blow to Jack Doyle's playing time and fantasy value.
Our models account for Allen being limited in Week 9, and we project Doyle for 5 receptions, 50 yards and 0.3 touchdowns, making him our sixth-ranked fantasy tight end for the week.
