Lamar Miller day-to-day for Texans with shoulder injury
Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller (shoulder) is day-to-day.
Miller rotated work with Alfred Blue in Monday night's loss, but head coach Bill O'Brien said his starter was "doing better" on Tuesday. Miller will likely be limited during practice this week, but should be full go for an overwhelmingly friendly matchup against the Detroit Lions in Week 8.
Among the 21 running backs to rush at least 100 times this season, Miller's -0.04 Rushing Net Expected Points per play rank 16th.
