LeSean McCoy felt pain in hamstring in Bills' Week 7 loss

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy acknowledged he felt "a little pain" in his hamstring while running a pass route in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to the Miami Dolphins.

What It Means:

Asked if it would have been better to sit against the Dolphins, McCoy replied "You might be right." Despite reports on Friday that said the Bills' staff was "pushing" McCoy to play, head coach Rex Ryan refused to take responsibility after Sunday's game, saying "We thought he was fine" and "I don't know that he wasn't 100 percent." McCoy is now very possibly staring at a multi-week absence.

McCoy earned -3.23 Net Expected Points on his eight carries, per numberFire Live.
