Ryan Mathews sees just eight snaps for Eagles in Week 3
Philadelphia Eagles running back Ryan Mathews played just 8 of 65 snaps in Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
That was less than Darren Sproles (24), Wendell Smallwood (24), and Kenjon Barner (12). Mathews was not listed on the injury report, but he was clearly not playing at 100 percent. He will try to heal up over the bye week.
Mathews earned two rushing attempts, but picked up -1.81 Net Expected Points on them, per numberFire Live.
