Brandon LaFell still expected to be Bengals number-two wideout when healthy
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd will still serve as the number-three receiver when Brandon LaFell (hand) is healthy, according to Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Rookie Tyler Boyd has been impressive and received rave reviews this preseason, but as the plan has been all off-season, Brandon LaFell will remain slotted in as the second wideout on the depth chart when he returns from his hand injury.
Our projections have LaFell recording 53.39 catches to only 38.36 for Boyd, also projecting LaFell for 663.19 yards and 3.32 touchdowns.
