Saints' Stephone Anthony (leg) will miss a few weeks
New Orleans Saints linebacker Stephone Anthony (leg) will miss a "couple weeks," ESPN's Adam Schefter reports
Anthony had to be carted to the locker room during the preseason opener against the New England Patriots, but head coach Sean Payton said after the game he was expected back "sooner than later." It looks like he was right. While it is possible Anthony is done for the preseason, he is "absolutely" expected to be ready for Week 1.
If healthy, our algorithms project Anthony for 111.32 tackles, 1.27 sacks and 5.62 passes defended in 2016.
