Bears place Kevin White on PUP list
Chicago Bears first-round pick Kevin White will start training camp on the PUP list with a shin injury. He sat out all of minicamp with the same injury.
What It Means:
The injury is not viewed as serious, and White will build his conditioning before starting to practice.
White will look to make an impact in a Bears passing offense that ranked 27th in the NFL in our schedule-adjusted Passing Net Expected Points metric. White will compete with veteran Eddie Royal for reps in two-wide receiver sets opposite Alshon Jeffery. We project White to finish the season with 61 receptions, 754 receiving yards, and 5 receiving touchdowns.
