Davante Adams (shoulder) sitting Thursday for Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams (shoulder) is not practicing on Thursday, per head coach Josh McDaniels.
Adams made a brief exit from last week's game with a shoulder injury, but he returned and finished with 8 catches on 13 targets for 75 yards. The Raiders are likely just managing Adams' reps ahead of a Week 5 matchup with his former team, the Green Bay Packers, on Monday night. In the unlikely event Adams is absent against the Packers, there will be more targets for Jakobi Meyers and Hunter Renfrow.
Adams is the WR3 in numberFire's Week 5 PPR rankings and our models project him for 16.3 FanDuel points, with 10.5 targets, 6.5 receptions, and 93.2 yards. The Packers are allowing the 10th-fewest FanDuel points per game to receivers, but their pass defense is only 25th in our schedule-adjusted NEP model.
