Seahawks' Rashaad Penny receives praise after Week 10 breakout
Seattle Seahawks rookie running back Rashaad Penny received praise from head coach Pete Carroll after rushing 12 times for 108 yards and 1 touchdown in Sunday's 36-31 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
"He looked just like the guy we thought he would look like when we drafted him," Carroll said following the 27th overall pick's breakout performance. Penny entered Sunday with just 146 yards on his first 42 carries. It's possible that he leapfrogs Mike Davis and Chris Carson (hip) to the top of the depth chart moving forward. The Seahawks host the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night in Week 11.
Penny finished with 16.8 FanDuel points in Week 10, crushing numberFire's projection of 4.2 FanDuel points.
