Aaron Rodgers held in check as Bears upset Packers

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 22-of-43 passes for 202 yards with one touchdown and one interception and rushed four times for 33 yards in the Packers' Week 12 loss to the Chicago Bears.

What It Means:

The dreadful weather conditions in Green Bay prevented either team from establishing much of a vertical presence, something with which the Packers' offense was already struggling. His first-quarter touchdown pass to Eddie Lacy was the 250th of his career.

Among quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs, Rodgers entered the week ranked 10th in Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back. He finished the loss to Chicago with a dreadful -10.21 Passing NEP. Rodgers and the Packers take on the Detroit Lions next Thursday. The Lions rank 30th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
