Florida Gators sophomore guard KeVaughn Allen scored a game-high 26 points with 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 block in Tuesday's 81-66 win over the South Carolina Gamecocks.
What It Means:
Allen was just 5-for-7 from the field, with three three-pointers, but went to the line a career-high 14 times, making 13. Tuesday was his first 20-plus point game in a month and his sixth of the year overall. The seven boards also represented a career-high.
Allen is averaging 13.6 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.1 three-pointers per game.
