Knick's Carmelo Anthony scores 18 in 22 minutes
New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony stayed hot on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers during a 94-88 win, scoring 18 points with one rebound, three steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 22 minutes.
It's about as easy a matchup as Melo will see, but it will be a huge boost for the Knicks if he can return to form.
He finished last season with a 21.5 PER and .531 True Shooting Percentage, both his lowest marks since 2011-12. His .097 Win Shares per 48 minutes are his worst total since his sophomore season, and was only good for fourth on the team.
