Ricky Rubio (hip) is back in the Jazz's starting lineup on Friday

Rubio missed the last three games before the All-Star break with a hip injury but will return to the lineup after getting two weeks. He is expected to be a minutes restriction. Royce O'Neale will head to the bench with Donovan Mitchell seeing a drop in usage against the Blazers.
