Pacers' Monta Ellis will start at point guard Thursday
Indiana Pacers guard Monta Ellis will start at point guard for Thursday's exhibition versus the Orlando Magic, with George Hill (ankle) sidelined.
Glenn Robinson III, C.J. Miles, Paul George, and Ian Mahinmi will join Ellis in the starting lineup for tonight's game, and we could get an extended look at Joseph Young, who has played phenomenally throughout the preseason thus far.
Ellis averaged 18.9 points and 4.1 assists last season with the Dallas Mavericks, but his usage rate of 28 percent is likely to go down with the Pacers, although coach Frank Vogel wants his team to play faster this season.
