Report: Kings shopping Skal Labissiere, Malachi Richardson
The Sacramento Kings are reportedly open to trading power forward Skal Labissiere and guard Malachi Richardson.
In discussing a potential deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Kings are entertaining the possibility of trading the two youngsters. They would have to clear a roster spot if they were to take on one or two additional players in a multi-player swap. It's not entirely clear if that means that either or both would accompany George Hill to Cleveland or if they would be sent elsewhere to make room. Richardson is the older of the two, at 22 years old.
So far this season, Labissiere has averaged 8.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 17.8 minutes while Richardson's put up just 3.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 12.7 minutes and 23 games this season.
