Grizzlies' JaMychal Green (ankle) has no timetable for return

Memphis Grizzlies power forward JaMychal Green (ankle) doesn't have an official timetable for a return, head coach David Fizdale said on Tuesday.

What It Means:

Earlier reports suggested Green was facing a three-to-four week absence after injuring his ankle in the Grizzlies' opener on October 18, but Fizdale's comments suggest it could be longer than that. Jarell Martin should continue starting while Chandler Parsons and Brandan Wright split backup duties.

Without knowing exactly when he'll return, numberFire's expect Green to average 10.4 points, 0.9 3-pointers, 8.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.6 blocks in 58 games over the remainder of the year.
