Seth Curry (tibia) out at least three games for Mavericks
Dallas Mavericks guard Seth Curry (left tibia stress reaction) will be re-evaluated next Sunday, according to head coach Rick Carlisle, who referred to it as a "week-to-week" situation.
This rules out Curry for at least the first three games of the season, but he is "making progress" and could be available to make his season debut next Monday (October 23) versus the Golden State Warriors. Look for J.J. Barea, Yogi Ferrell, Wes Matthews, and Devin Harris to fill the void in Dallas' backcourt in the meantime.
numberFire's models project Curry for averages of 13.2 points, 2.5 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.2 steals over 30.8 minutes per game in 2017-18 while averaging 44.8 percent shooting from the field and 39.8 percent from downtown.
