Warriors beat Kings behind strong game from Draymond Green
Draymond Green scored a season-high 23 points with four rebounds, eight assists, three steals, one block and three 3-pointers against the Kings on Friday.
Friday was only the fourth 20-point game of the season for Green, who has played well since Kevin Durant went down with injury. Even though he hasn't scored the ball with great consistency, his contributions in moving the ball and playing defense have been extremely valuable to Golden State this season.
Green is averaging 10.3 points, 8.1 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.4 blocks and a league-leading 2.1 steals per game. He has a .484 effective field goal percentage and his nERD of 6.3 ranks 26th in the league.
