Hawks confirm Malcolm Delaney as starter versus Miami
Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Malcolm Delaney will start in place of the suspended Dennis Schroder on Friday night versus the Miami Heat.
It will be the first start of his career for the rookie, who is priced at the minimum $3,500 on FanDuel for a 10-game Friday night slate. There's a good chance that he exceeds 30 minutes for the first time this season, making him a great play across the board. Paul Millsap, Kent Bazemore and Tim Hardaway Jr. may also see a few more looks without Schroder on the floor.
Delaney is averaging 12.0 points, 5.5 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.1 steals per-36 minutes this season. He's shooting 39.0 percent from the field and currently ranks second-last on the Hawks with a -3.8 nERD.
