Pelicans fall to Thunder despite 37 points, 15 rebounds from Anthony Davis
New Orleans Pelicans forward/center Anthony Davis posted a strong 37 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks on Sunday, but the Pelicans still came up short, losing 101-92 to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Davis has 30-plus points and 10-plus rebounds in five of his last six games. He reportedly underwent X-rays on his foot after the game though, and his status may be up in the air for Monday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Davis' 5.2 nERD ranks fourth in the NBA, and he is on pace for career-highs in player efficiency rating (with a league-leading 31.9) and true shooting percentage (.596).
