Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier will not play Friday in the team's game against the Toronto Raptors.
What It Means:
Rozier has missed the last couple games due to a neck spasm. After entering the day with a questionable tag, he has once again been ruled out of action to kick off the weekend. Expect anoteher start for Caleb Martin.
