3 Bold NFL Predictions for Week 15
A.J. Green has been a mainstay in fantasy football lineups this season, but can he be trusted in Week 15 while facing an elite cornerback in Xavier Rhodes?

A.J. Green Won't Be A Top-18 Wide Receiver

Why This Is Bold: A.J. Green is the 10th-best wide receiver in PPR leagues. His game-to-game inconsistency has been frustrating, but he's not far from another 1,000-yard and 10-touchdown campaign. Green has seen 28 targets over the last two games. He's good.

Why This Will Happen: Green has been getting fed over the past couple weeks. As the Cincinnati Bengals sputter to the finish line of this season, they're featuring their best weapon more and more heavily. In Joe Mixon's absence last week, Green saw 12 targets in a matchup with the Chicago Bears and Kyle Fuller, who held him largely in check.

The Bengals have worked on getting Green involved in the red zone, but he has been a disappointment in fantasy when he has held out of the end zone, and he's also struggled in his more difficult matchups this year. The Minnesota Vikings have a top-10 pass defense, according to our metrics, and their top corner, Xavier Rhodes, has been an effective shadow cornerback all season.

If you have Green, you probably can't afford to leave him on your bench this week, but expectations should be tempered.
