3 Daily Fantasy Football Players to Avoid in Week 12
Jay Ajayi was expected to become the new lead back for the Philadelphia Eagles, but we instead find a messy three-back committee that's hard to trust in DFS.

The Philadelphia Eagles are expected to put up points on Sunday, showing a robust 28.75 implied team total against the Chicago Bears. And particularly as huge 13.5-point home favorites, that means a lucrative fantasy setting for their running backs.

Except the trouble is it's impossible to know which Eagles' back will reap the benefits. Jay Ajayi was presumed to become the lead back following his trade from the Miami Dolphins, but it hasn't come to fruition yet. He's been efficient with his limited touches -- reaching double-digit fantasy points in both his games with Philly -- but he's only seen 8 touches in each and hasn't exceeded 25% of the snaps in either one.

Meanwhile, both LeGarrette Blount and Corey Clement continue to get their pieces of the pie, as well, leaving this as an undesirable three-man committee. Maybe Ajayi, or one of the others, eventually emerges from the pack, but the way things stand, you're just throwing darts. In season-long leagues, Ajayi might still be worth the risk, but he's far too expensive for that in daily formats.
