NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Sunday 11/18/18
John Wall is squaring off against Portland in what should be a high-scoring affair. Which other players should you look to on Sunday's four-game main slate?

If you're new to daily fantasy basketball -- maybe you started your DFS journey during the MLB or NFL seasons, or maybe basketball is your sport and this will be your first year giving it a shot -- you're in for a treat. The NBA scene changes hugely on a week-to-week, day-to-day, and -- depending on injury news -- even a minute-to-minute basis, making every slate a unique one that requires an ever-changing approach.

With so much changing so quickly, we're here with plenty of tools to help you out. We have daily projections, a matchup heat map, a lineup optimizer, and a ton of other great resources to help give you an edge.

We'll also be coming at you with this primer every day, breaking down a few of the day's top plays at each price point.

Let's take a look at who you should target on today's main slate, which starts at 6 p.m. EST.

Best of the Best

John Wall ($9,800): The Washington Wizards have played only seven home games this season, and their matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers will be their eighth at home and second game against Portland this season. Wall loves playing at home, and he's scored at least 48.8 FanDuel points in four of seven home games. In a game that could be back and forth the entire way, Wall should rack up plenty of minutes. The Wizards also haven't played since Friday. That was a home game, and the game before that was at home on Thursday. That means they have been in D.C. for most of this week. Fresh legs, lots of energy and a good opponent in town. This is a great game to target.
