Daily Fantasy Baseball: Positive Batted-Ball Regression Candidates for Week 11
Royals catcher Salvador Perez has been one of the unluckiest hitters in the majors over the last month. Which other hitters could be looking at better results in Week 11?

Tommy Pham, OF, St. Louis Cardinals

It looked like Tommy Pham's monster 2017 breakthrough was extending into 2018 over the season's first month, with the five-tool St. Louis Cardinals' outfielder opening the season with a scorching .341/.453./511 slash line across his first 106 plate appearances.

Pham's fortunes have dimmed considerably since the start of May, though, with the 30-year old slashing an ugly .220/.279/.390 while his strikeout rate has ballooned to 28.7%.

Pham isn't looking utterly lost, though, managing 51.2% hard contact in that recent sample, with 21% liners and a 50% pull percentage indicating he's still stroking the baseball with authority. With his FanDuel salary dipping into the mid-$3,000s, Pham could produce at a modest cost, especially early in the week against a soft San Diego Padres rotation.
