Fantasy Baseball: 5 Pitchers To Stream For Week 11
Which Joe Ross will show up for his upcoming two-start week is anyone's guess, but few widely available streamers offer more upside in Week 11.

Jimmy Nelson, Milwaukee Brewers

Starts: June 13th at St. Louis Cardinals, June 18th vs. San Diego Padres
ESPN ownership: 49 percent

It's hard to fathom why standard-league owners have left Milwaukee Brewers righty Jimmy Nelson so widely available after his recent stretch of superb work. Nelson's stellar 2.74 skills interactive ERA (SIERA) over the last month is a top-seven mark across the majors, right up there with fantasy luminaries like Clayton Kershaw and Chris Archer. And it's not as if Nelson hasn't been tallying the sort of counting stats that raise the antennae of waiver-wire hawks -- the late-blooming Brewer has 10.7 strikeouts per nine over that same span, good for top-10 honors across the majors.

Nelson won't remain under-owned for long, though, not with him staring down what is arguably the juiciest set of Week 11 matchups for any two-start pitcher. Streamers are by now accustomed to picking on the Padres, who boast a 20 percent strikeout-minus-walk rate against right handers over the last month. The Cardinals might be in even worse shape, with the second-worst weighted runs created plus (wRC+) mark in all of baseball against righties over that same stretch.

There's no two ways about it: Nelson should not be on the waiver wire in any competitive leagues of any depth. He's a potentially elite play this week, with top-20 starter upside going forward.
