Cleveland Browns running back Duke Johnson isn't "strictly" a wide receiver now and his Week 1 usage was game-plan specific, head coach Hue Jackson insisted on Monday.
Johnson played exclusively in the slot against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1, but Jackson claims that won't be the norm throughout the season. The third-year offensive weapon finished with 2-of-5 catches for 20 yards on Sunday, and even if he sees work out of the backfield, Johnson makes for a much better fantasy asset in PPR formats.
Johnson finished with 3.0 FanDuel (FD) points in Week 1, less than half of numberFire's projection (7.1). He comes at a cost of $5,600 in Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens.
